We got this hotel at the last minute as we decided to stay overnight rather than take the 5hr hike back to NJ. It's in a pretty convenient location, however I'm glad we're only here for one night. There were only 4 rooms available, all of them being the smoking rooms. None of us smoke, but as long it doesn't smell like a pool hall ashtray, it'll be managable. We were quickly checked in. We drove to our building, hiked up a flight of stairs, and made the trek down the hallway that was saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke. My boyfriend and I have been staying in this hotel for about a month. At the end of each last paid day we get a call from the front desk asking if we are extending. Keep in mind it costs $980/weekly. There is always pressure from the desk for us to get down there and pay, please, if we got a free day would it really be the end of the world. What happened to customer loyalty and appreciation. We have stayed here before when we needed a place in a hurry. There are plenty of truck bobtails parked in the lot, and the prices are reasonable. I booked our stay through Priceline. The beds are comfortable, and there's a good selection of TV channels. However, the showers are quite small and the soap dish is inconveniently placed right at shoulder height, which is a poor design choice. On the positive side, the shower head was removable, making rinsing easier. There aren't any truck stops nearby, so this was our only option. They do have a nice outdoor pool, but I didn't take advantage of it this time because I was too tired. Maybe next time! The breakfast was decent, and overall, I slept...
That said, my daughter and I frequently travel throughout the Northeast for field hockey tournaments, and I spend a significant amount on her hobby, so I always look for ways to save money. Affordable hotels are one way I manage those costs. Typically, we arrive late after a long day, and all we need is a clean, quiet, and comfortable room with good air conditioning and WiFi. This hotel certainly meets those basic needs if that's what you're after.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the outdoor pool appeared to be decent, though the continental breakfast was quite underwhelming. In the end, you really do get what you pay for!

We stayed at the hotel in raynham and booked it for 6 nights until our house closes and we would not recommend anyone coming here, the receptionist Katia was extremely rude to my husband, gave us a room the was not cleaned had dirty towels on the sink and beds undone, our keys barely worked we had our children in the rain because they didn 't put it for the amount of nights( this happened for 2 days) I had already paid for, the electricity went out tonight at 6am for 10 minutes, our beds were not made when we came into the room. No housekeeping came to the room the day after our stay! Not Quality at all!!
I booked this blindly on Priceline. After I booked it I looked at the reviews. They were not great. I called the hotel and spoke to someone there and voiced my concerns. I have breathing issues. She assured me that smoking is not allowed in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room to find it clean, smoke smell free and an air cleaner. She really listened to my worries and took care of any issues before I arrived. The room was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in need of a room in the area!
If you just need to stay a night I would say do it, however if you plan on staying a couple nights you may want to look else where. The room was a decent size and the shower was huge, however, we found a sock that was not ours and there were very distinct ink stains on the sheet. The combination of the definitely grossed me out. They must not be doing a very thorough cleaning. The hotel is right on Route 44 though which is surrounded by everything! Great location.
If you like to marinate in the smell of smoke then enjoy your stay here. I thought Raynham was a nice area, but this hotel was the PITS. There was a fight outside at night, the room was drenched in smoke smell and it took us all day to clean our skin and clothes Management could have cared less about our concerns. STAY AWAY..seriously, do yourself a favor. It is gross

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic! The lady managing the breakfast was a delight and added a lot of fun to our experience. We traveled from West Virginia to the area for the Metallica concert at Gillette Stadium. We hope to return someday!
For a quick over night it was okay but wouldn't stay here longer than what I did. We asked for a nonsmoking and when you walked in through the door where our room was in the smell of smoke hit you.
