The food was good, but the management was lacking. We waited for 45 minutes, and we even watched two other tables that ordered after us receive their food before us. We raised our concerns four times, but none of the staff took our order seriously. After expressing our frustration, a staff member finally came to double-check our order, and our food started to arrive just five minutes later. They really need to improve their organization and train their employees better, as this isn’t the first time we've experienced issues here.
they had good taste when I visited last year. the meat of the cube is so soft in the inner, while crispy outside, so it is worth waiting for it (ordered first and last came) the pork ribs also well made and well expensive, I wish I live near. actually when we eat, we met a few with their baby, they lived close and then drove like an hour only to come to this restaurant, so good are they?!
Absolutely amazing dining experience! However, during peak hours and busy weeks, the estimated wait time can be a bit off. They might say 20 minutes, but it could end up being 40 minutes, so it's definitely a good idea to plan ahead. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5, the service a solid 4/5, and the atmosphere also a 4/5. Highly recommended!
I have my pick-up order wrong, twice. a vietnamese ordered reisnudeln (dry). first they served me to noodle. the second time when they served me rice noodles, it was the soup version (then season that came with the dry version) they need to ask the staff to repeat their order, otherwise it is likely that they would screw it up.

This restaurant always delivers quality food in a timely manner, with friendly staff. It's a great spot for a fast lunch with friends and family. I also enjoyed a large coffee.
All other restaurants wouldn't seat us for a meal at 9pm (closing at 9:30) but this lovely place served us. And it was probably the best pho we've had in Melbourne! Thank you!
The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. All my favorite dishes are always cooked perfectly. I highly recommend trying the Singapore chili crabs with rolls.
This is by far the best Vietnamese restaurant in all of Melbourne. It has a great reputation that has been well earned over many years.
