My husband and I got married at Queenston Heights on September 9, 2023. From the day we met with them to discuss our wedding, to the wedding day. Jackie, was absolutely amazing. Jackie and the team, along with our wedding planner, decor company, and florist, managed to turn my dreams into a reality when it came to how i always envisioned my wedding to be.Now. The food. Our wedding was 6 weeks ago, and people are STILL talking about how good the food was. My husband and I had the chicken, short rib, and prime rib. All meals were absolutely delicious! My husband and I held our wedding ceremony at Queenston Heights Park and our reception at Queenston Heights Restaurant. It is the most beautiful venue with the most delicious food. We are so happy we chose this special place to get married. The staff were able to accommodate any dietary requests and accommodate last minute requests. Many of our guests shared with us how much they loved the food and the restaurant itself. The sales manager and restaurant manager were extremely helpful every step of the way. The breathtaking view of the Niagara River alone makes this restaurant worth a visit. In addition, the weekend buffet brunch offers a wide variety of breakfast items such as French Toast and Eggs Benedict, as well as lunch options including salad, smoked salmon, beef goulash, hand-carved roast beef, tandoori chicken, and an impressive dessert selection. It would have been nice to see more non-pork meat options for breakfast, and the restaurant could use an update, but the food was delicious, the view and location were unparalleled, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend it.
Queenston Heights was the perfect fall wedding venue. Jackie was outstanding to work with, she understood exactly what we were going for and made suggestions for us based on her expertise.The day of wedding went so smoothly and it was all because of Jackie and the amazing staff at Queenston Heights. We have had SO many comments on how amazing the food was, and they were so accommodating for all of us celiacs.Honestly, just go and see the venue and you will fall in love and get to work with all of the awesome people there!
I got married here. After visiting the restaurant and park I knew it would be the perfect wedding venue. Jackie, the restaurant manager is fabulous and answered my questions immediately. She and the wait staff handled all the set up/clean up were so kind to me on that stressful day! Food was incredible, so many options with the buffet and I cannot recommend this venue enough!Vegetarian options: Restaurant manager chef are more than happy to accommodate special requests to menu.
Lexy was a very rude waitress. I will go again but I will ask that she does not serve us. She was unattentive, and we had to ask for drinks twice. When I asked a question her answer was very blunt. I don't need this kind of service when I want to go out for an afternoon. The food was good and the restaurant is clean and nice. Too bad we had such an ignorant server.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetables for diebetics.Parking: Special space for restaurant patrons.
The restaurant offers an incredible culinary experience with a stunning view, delicious food, and excellent service. The breakfast brunch menu includes a variety of options for both non-vegetarians and vegetarians, with a delightful selection for those with a sweet tooth. Currently only open on Sundays, reservations are highly recommended.
This venue was absolutely gorgeous went here for a wedding and was stunned by the surrounding views of the Niagara region and the quality of the food and service by the events team.
My wife and I visited this restaurant for the Niagara Retired Teachers luncheon. The atmosphere was wonderful and the wait staff was excellent.
