We visited the restaurant at 6:50pm for a 7:00pm reservation on the 18th Sep. Our orders were taken, two of us had a starter and the third member of our group didn't. Our main courses arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later. During that time we noted that three other tables were occupied by customers. All of those tables received their meals before we did. A table of three had even paid and left before our order arrived. When I complained I was told the kitchen was very busy. But that doesn't account for us being served out of turn and our food orders were basic, so in no way a cause for such a delay. Have used this restaurant in the past both eating in and take away and have always rated it, however they were certainly having a bad day on Saturday 24th July. Ordered via Uber Eats, the meal arrived but an item missing, I rang the restaurant and all they wanted to do was for me to leave a note on my next order (who says there will be another! the food was just about lukewarm and the Bhuna which should have had chunks of pepper, onion and tomato had 2 x pieces of tomato, no pepper no onion and the sauce was very thin and oily. The portion sizes especially the rice I think have been reduced. Very disappointed in the meal and hope this was a one off.
This place never fails to deliver. Went last night of eat out to help out. It was rammed. Despite this we were seated quickly at a distanced table. The service was quick and attentive. The staff were clearly busy but stayed on top of everything. The food was amazing. No oil on the curry just lovely tasty dishes. Starters of Bhajis and Samosas were awesome. Cooked in hot oil and so crispy. Mains of Tikka Masala and Jalfrezi were spot on. Highly recommended.
Very hesitant Coeliac who hasn't risked a takeaway in 9 months since diagnosis. Rang for a chat before ordering.Meal delivered exactly on time. We have just eaten at Rajdhaani and the food was superb!Prompt, efficient service from the lovely staff in this spotlessly clean restaurant. Pickle tray was good and ample portion, prawn saag good and bhuna, methi ghosht brilliant. Super naan and a spot on onion bhaji.We will be back very soon.
Can highly recommend. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely food. The Sunday night deal in particular is great value £14.95 pp for poppadoms, a starter, main (with rice and naan) and kulfi ice cream dessert or coffee. Loved it. Have been going now for about 2 years. Never had a bad meal.
We have dined at this restaurant several times and always leave feeling like we have had a lovely evening out. The service is excellent and the menu offers a wide variety of choices. The curry dishes we have tried have all been delicious. We look forward to returning in the future.
