Do not recommend this location. I submitted a request for the waitlist seating. When I arrived, I was told I would have a 20 minute wait. I thought that was acceptable so I waited. After 30 minutes, I went up to ask how much longer and he said I would be next. Well, he proceeded to call another family before me, so I went back up to ask when I would be called. Imagine my shock of when he said why you should not have used the call ahead seating. If you just put your name on the list like a walk and you would have been seated quicker. Duh sir why didn’t you tell me that 30 minutes ago. Finally after getting seated it took 15 minutes before anyone even came over and acknowledged us. This was a...
This app seems like a fantastic concept in theory, but it didn't do anything to reduce my wait time. I made a reservation early in the morning for a 5 PM dinner. When I arrived, they already had my name on the list and said I'd only have to wait about 5-10 minutes. Great, right? However, that 10 minutes turned into a much longer wait. I ended up waiting over an hour and twenty minutes to be seated. I really enjoyed the food and service, but I won't be using the app again. It gave me too much false hope!
the use of opentable to reserve the time was useless. I have made my reservation through opentable, but when I came to the restaurant, they said that they would check me, but that our reservation would go to the back of the lists of other people who came in. we waited an hour for our table. what is the purpose or reservation of a table if they do not honor the reservation?
Our server was friendly, but everything took an incredibly long time to arrive. I ordered the Endless Shrimp and finished my first plate, but when I asked for a second one, it took 20 minutes and it still hadn’t come. I ended up leaving because it took so long. We made reservations for 7pm, when we arrived they said they didn't acknowledge the reservations it's only to be put on the waiting list, if that's the case, why make reservations, i wasn't happy with that
It was a wonderful service and the food was delicious. The location was nice and the staffs are friendly and very respectful. Would love to come back to this location again
I had to wait 20 minutes past my reservation time to be seated. The server was excellent, but the kitchen took a long time to bring our food out.
