We went for dinner Christmas day and they seemed short staffed, but our waiter was Casey. Casey did a phenomenal job waiting on his entire section, he was all over the place. Casey was very thorough and didn't miss anything extra we asked for, he was top of his game and super busy. Wish all employees were as good as Casey. The food was great and the cheddar bay biscuits were cooked to perfection! Great night out and we appreciate that so very much! Thank you Red Lobster in Oxford, Alabama for great food and a phenomenal waiter!
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for lunch, and it was a wonderful experience. The average cost per person ranged from $30 to $50. The food was rated a solid 4 out of 5, with the Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits and the Garlic Shrimp Scampi being the highlight dishes that I strongly recommend. The service was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant, rated at 4. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience!
The food and service was outstanding. This is one of my go to restaurants for seafood. I love the Salmon New Orleans. The food was hot azad and seasoned. The service was spot on. I will definitely be back. Waiting for a table and food was with not a lot of people there was ridiculous. The staff looked sloppy. We ate the endless shrimp and the best one is the Dragon shrimp and the coconut shrimp the rest was mediocre.
