Twice now Ramunto’s has failed us. First time food was great although pricey but we waited 45 between ordering and actually being served; they told us they were short in staff. Second time, last weekend we never got our food (except for appetizers) because they lost our order. We waited a total of 45 minutes before we asked and were told this. The waitress never informed us and she did not expedite the re-order and no apologies. We walked out and never again will go there. I gave an additional star on the review because the owner responded and took accountability for the communication failure. We will give it another try in the near future.
Love this place for a quick stop to grab a slice if your in a hurry. Also a great option for dining in. Lots of beverage choices! You're always greeted by friendly staff which is a huge plus!
