Republic Ice Cream

We will never return. When we went in the place was empty. The order was simple. 3 waffle cones and a shake. The wafle cones hadn 't been made yet after noon , the milk shake mixer was not working so the order dropped to 2 cones and I ordered a coffee/ice cream drink...nope coffee pot didn 't work. Went to pay, and the tablet register didn 't work! Had to use my phone to figure up the total with tax. Luckily, I had cash.

Great ice cream and great atmosphere! They have conpostible straws and spoons. They home make the batter for the waffle cones (which is gluten free)! They grow their own pears to make the pear sorbeto! They also make their own cookies for their cookies and cream ice cream! It was nice to find a location where our entire group (vegan and dairy free) could find a sweet treat!!

delicious ice cream that has no chemicals and preservatives, a rare gem! I thought that those type of deserts don’t exist any more. My kids loved the cookies and cream and I enjoyed a scoop of mango sorbet. Their cookies and cream is made of home made GF cookies, impressive! Worth every bite

I appreciate that they offer non-dairy options, allowing my husband to indulge in a sweet treat as well. This was the best ice cream we had during our week in town. The Mocha Cookie Chip milkshake is outstanding. We’ll definitely be returning! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The ice cream here is excellent. The place was quite busy, but the service remained good despite the rush. The only thing preventing me from giving it a full five stars is the pricing. The prices for the ice cream are quite high.

The ice cream is delicious, and the young man working there was quite pleasant. However, I found the prices to be a bit high; a small cup and a small ice cream waffle cone cost over $15.

Local ice cream with zero chemicals made in SC. Hand dipped and all gluten free. My kids were thrilled to try gf ice cream. On Sullivan’s island in the middle of everything.

The ice cream gets 4 stars, but nearly $30 for 2 small and 1 regular soft serve is too much. Prices were not well displayed either.

Kudos to the young lady working super hard with a smile on her face tonight! Gluten Free waffle cones are the BOMB!!
