Bravo to the efficiency and precision of the service in full rush while the room was crowded on this particular day. Bravo also to the cooking team for the outing of the dishes. No waiting, nice presentation, good and especially hot dishes that arrive on the table. A beautiful team well rode the kitchen and the room. What else? Quality? Pff, nothing to say again. Copious, generous and good. The whole Alsace at the bottom of the plate. Wine? A super Gewurtz from Kuhn to 22€ the bottle on the map and to more than 25€ in the trade. What else? Noise? Well, it's happening in Alsace and when you love it, you know it high and strong
Having lunch one first time a few times ago, I decide to lunch once more in this place. A well-filled room around 12:30, the waitress finds me a place quickly. After a relative long wait to take my order, I choose the formula of the day, with a nice little entrance and a nice freshman, and the resistance dish, a ham sauce with horseradish and some fries. It's not the big kitchen, but it's okay for a price too very correct. The service is a little slow, it lacks a waitress can be!!! It is an interesting address, prices in a very nice average shopping cart.
To start the reception was non-existent, both waitresses ignore you. It took almost 30 minutes to get the aperitif. For the dishes, a catastrophe! One person took potato chips. Horror, all dry, all hard in an unmangeable word. Another had a stabbing hotel owner, and well she was blue and the meal stayed on her stomach the rest of the day. We tried this restaurant, but what is certain is that we will not return! Don't!
Not much to say but terrible pizza! We had a layer of grease covering the top of ours that needed to be sponged away with a paper towel.

The crust is very thin and cracker-like, not made from authentic pizza doughIt's very similar crust to Rocco pizza's crust.
