Wow, this is one of the most unfriendly places I've visited in a long time. The all-female staff on duty showed no personality, manners, or customer service skills and seemed clearly unhappy to be working here. I had a coffee and a toasted sandwich, which were mediocre at best, but the staff’s rudeness ensures I won’t be returning. This place desperately needs new management, new staff, and a total overhaul. Right now, it’s an embarrassment to the Southgate Food Court. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
