Terrible. Waiter came to the table once to take our order and never saw in again. I was asked to move out of my seat because the exhaust hoods were not working and I was being engulfed in smoke. The party we were sitting with requested the seafood be cooked separate from the meats which threw off the entire meal. Not sure what kind of person goes to a hibachi style restaurant and make such a ridiculous request. The chief’s solution to the ridiculous request was to cook all seafood in the beginning. Terrible idea! We all sat there with a plate of shrimp and nothing else. By the time anything else hit our plate the shrimp were cold and tasted terrible. Used to love the place, will never be bac...
long waiting time, very loud, poor customer service. my grandson ordered articles and was brought something else. when we explained that it was not what he wanted, offered no excuse and brought him something else, not what was asked. for both dinners we leave. also had a birthday that was very disappointed when they did not recognize it. We're not going back. with their high prices they also have us from return price.
I've been sitting here for years. The service has been out of place since new owners. Too many new chefs and servers that do not seem to like people. The food is good, but the prices are too high for a family meal. Special occasions only for us.
I entertain regularly, and no matter the size group I bring, we get consistently the best fodd, and the best experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
After a team building event, the team got here perfectly! Great food, good sound level for casual conversation, fun and friendly.... will do again.
Fantastic food and the chef we had was a great cook and showman. He made the dining experience entertaining and fun. We will be back for sure.
We always have a wonderful, plentiful meal consistently delicious and always enough for tomorrow's lunch. Yum!
