We were very frustrated after our experience and called back immediately, but the person who claimed to be the owner or manager made it difficult for us. When I asked if he was the manager, he hesitated and replied, "Yeah, I guess," which felt dismissive. For a small pizza that cost $30, I expected it to be cooked properly, not burnt with a hard blackened crust. Additionally, the Italian sausage was excessively salty.

The pizza was fantastic! While I don't frequently order from this location, I felt it was important to share my thoughts. I recognize that your staff are young adults, but I believe some customer service training could be really helpful. Encouraging them to set aside their cell phones and interact more with customers would definitely enhance the experience. Thank you!
This is by far the worst restaurant to order from. I asked for a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, but instead, I got a regular pizza topped with peppers. I called to let them know about the mistake, and they assured me they would send a replacement pizza. It never showed up, and I couldn't reach them by phone. What a terrible experience!
I've passed by Rosati's many times, but since I've recently moved a bit closer, I decided to give it a try, and I'm really glad I did. My pizza was tasty, and the thin crust was genuinely thin—something I usually have to request extra at other places. I'm definitely planning to come back for pizza nights!

This was our first time dining at Rosati's, and we had a great experience. The service was excellent, the food was prepared quickly, and everything tasted fantastic. We especially enjoyed the double dough; it was really impressive. We will certainly be ordering from there again!

The pizza is consistently hot and delicious, whether it's delivered or picked up. I requested the driver to bring it up 36 stairs since I had an injury and couldn't manage with my cane. I made sure to give him a generous tip to express my gratitude.

I ordered the Monster Meat Pizza, and OMG, it was the best pizza I've ever had! Absolutely delicious and worth every penny. The cannoli was a fantastic dessert as well; I tried the pistachio flavor.
