False advertising. Received a coupon for 1 topping Xl pizza for 18.99. They charged 26.99 and only took 4 dollars off. When we asked about the incorrect pricing, they tried to explain that sausage is a premium topping and costs more and that 's just how their system works . no where on the menu does it state that sausage is a premium topping, only grilled chicken and beef are starred. Also when comparing the pricing online, there is no premium charge for adding sausage topping, just the regular.
I wish I could give this place zero stars, but that's not an option. The food was awful—bland with no seasoning, and the cheese had a terrible odor. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo, and it was the worst I've ever had. Even the garlic bread was stale. I went to bed hungry during my overnight layover in Chicago. To make matters worse, the delivery guy forgot our drinks at the restaurant. I didn't realize it until after he’d left with the $10 tip we had given him, which added to my frustration.
I experienced a quick pickup after placing a phone order. The pizza was decent, but they forgot to add the sauce. When I called to address the issue, there was no offer of reimbursement, an apology, or a replacement pizza. Unfortunately, the wings were disappointing as well—dry as a desert. The only highlight was the speedy pickup.
I encountered a problem with my last order and reached out via email. They addressed my issue right away. We just ordered again, and the pizza was exceptional. This is definitely the best customer service and pizza I've experienced. Thank you, Rosati's! I'm extremely satisfied.

I got a salad sat down to eat took 2 bites and a huge roach jumped out!! Yada yada yada won't ever eat there again! I was thankful it was in their restaurant and not my home!
The lady on the phone is extremely rude, she keeps putting you on hold while your talking without warning and gives attitude and is passive aggressive.Do not recommend!
When workers are speaking perfect English and then start giggling with each other in another language after taking your order it's uncomfortable.

Had pizza slices (2 for $7) for lunch. Crust was kind of thick, but a really good value.
Love the food but don't like the gambling that is there now.
