We hosted our party at Ruby Falls Cafe last weekend, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially since we had originally scheduled our event right when the pandemic began. We were so happy to finally celebrate this special occasion at such a lovely venue. It’s the perfect spot for an intimate family gathering. With 38 guests in attendance, the room was just the right size, and we loved the beautiful decor, the attentive staff, and the delicious food. The evening truly exceeded our expectations, and everyone had a wonderful time!
I recently hosted a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The staff were incredible and incredibly accommodating. Frank and Christina were a pleasure to work with, and both the bartender and host were fantastic! The next day, we received numerous calls and texts complimenting the delicious food, the beautiful venue, and the decorations. The DJ played all of our favorite songs perfectly. I had a 50th Surprise Birthday party for my husband and I couldn’t have been any happier ... the people there were amazing and so very helpful. Frank and Christina were wonderful to work with , the bartender and hostess were great!!! The next day we received so many phone calls and texts raving about the Fantastic Food and how Beautiful the place was and decorations and their Dj was playing everything we liked, I know if I have another party it will be here again. This could be a good place if we could actually see it or discuss any details! I sent two emails but received no response. I followed up with a phone call before the New Year, and a man named Frank told me to call back after the holiday. We did, but he said someone from the New Jersey location would call us back to schedule a tour. It's been over a week and no one has contacted us. If a business doesn't care about potential customers, we're not interested in spending any money there.
