The restaurant in Middletown has terrible management and a shortage of servers. My wife and I went there last weekend and were told there would be a 15-minute wait for a table. Despite the fact that there were plenty of vacant tables, they had only two servers working on a Friday night. While we waited, a woman left, stating that her food hadn't arrived, and others who were also waiting decided to leave as well. After 17 minutes, we chose to leave too. I'm not sure why they can't find enough staff, but they need to resolve this issue quickly before it drives customers away for good.
Initially, there were no utensils or napkins provided at the table. The manager failed to come out to address the long wait. The server, despite being the only one attending to the customers, did his best to manage everyone. After two hours, we still hadn't received any food, aside from an appetizer and a salad.
Our calamari was literally burnt. Five shrimp for an appetizer at 10 dollars was ridiculous! Server was the worst she had two tables and took 12 years for anything. Never again horrible experience.
Nicole( Our Server) did a fantastic and very efficient job for Dinner Service!!. My family and I was very pleased with her professionalism and her customer expertise!

We only came in for drinks and Jason B our bartender was phenomenal! We will return JUST for Him! The Middletown location is by far our best location!
The honey bourbon salmon is absolutely delicious! Our server did an excellent job, especially considering that they were new!
