"Extremely Horrible Receptionist. She was extremely rude. Didn't greet anyone that entered and couldn't keep track of the order of patrons to be seated. She was disrespectful to the elderly patrons, continually rolling her eyes with an attitude and sucking her teeth when asked simple questions. Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite places to eat. Not just for the salad bar, which I usually always get for my meal. But the other foods are also delicious. Everything from the sandwiches to the ribs is fantastic! Whenever I take my dad out to eat we always go to Ruby Tuesday. They have a full bar great desserts. My only complaints are the restaurant is the décor. It always seems dark outdated. Also, the service is a mixed bag, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. If you stick to the salad bar you don't have as many service issues. Highly recommend as there is something for every type of palette. *Please note the photos are from the old Rockville location now permanently closed
