I wouldn't even give this café one star; it's not worth the money. Several items were missing from the plate, the food was cold, and the presentation was unappetizing. The lasagna had an off smell, and I wasn’t even sure if what I received was beef. The service was terrible; you have to go to the kitchen and ask for service because the staff is always too busy chatting in the back. The food options are also very limited here. I definitely wouldn't recommend this café to anyone, and I won't be returning.
The breakfast I received was cold. I had requested brown bread, but instead, I was served granary bread. The egg was undercooked and had a raw top, which was quite unappetizing. Although I did receive a refund, I had to argue for it, indicating that customer service could use some improvement. When I voiced my complaint, I was told that brown bread is the same as granary. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to both the quality of the food and the customer service.
I visited the Sainsbury's breakfast at the Blackheath store, and it was absolutely disappointing. The baked beans were cold, the eggs were undercooked, the toast was burnt, and I even found a raw mushroom. It was really, really bad. It didn't used to be like this; I used to enjoy breakfast there regularly back in 2016. I hadn't been in a while, so I decided to go today and left feeling sick. I considered asking for a refund, but I was too embarrassed to do so.
Hello just an idear regarding nhs staff not being able to shop you could use the top doors of the store and section off the cafe area and fill with shelves with foods they need and use that sectioned off area for nhs staff onley this would this would allow them to come in at any time due to shift patterns if not enough space just move goods to back 2 aisles this ideal for you with the 2 sets of doors if works would be sent out to other stores Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
SAINSBURY'S PETROL STATION has not had disposable gloves available for more than two weeks now. Additionally, the blue tissues in the dispenser are often out of stock, even though they consider this an acceptable alternative. This is quite unreasonable given the current circumstances!
Since this restaurant reopened they have seemingly removed the deep fryers so the fish is baked the chips are oven fried this meal was terrible I could have made this myself at homeBut the coffee was good and very pleasant staff shame about the food will not order this again
Working for NHS I was able to get some basics today at their dedicated NHS half hour 730 8 It was amazing My family is so grateful for this I did not stock pile no need but I got what I needed Big round of applause to you Sainsbury’s
I have a small complaint about the jam donuts. What happened to all the jam? They used to be filled with it, but now there's barely any inside. I can't go on like this! Please ask the baker to not skimp on the jam. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
