Terrible service! I asked the girl at the counter if the nachos were vegan, and she said yes. However, the nachos I received looked spoiled, so I asked for a replacement. They changed it for me, but the second time I got nachos with cheese. I requested another change, and then the guy in the kitchen started yelling at me as if it were my fault. I asked for a refund, but none of the other staff helped me. I will never eat there again.
The dining experience was pleasant overall. However, during my last visit, I inquired about the fish burrito, and the response I received was a bit confusing. After 16 years of not eating meat, I accidentally took a big bite of food that had meat in it, which was upsetting at the time. Additionally, on another occasion, I asked for no salsa, but they ended up putting salsa on everything.
They always get my order right. I have a very specific request with special instructions, and somehow they manage to get it perfect every single time! This impresses me because most restaurants and food establishments struggle with even the simplest instructions. The fact that they handle my complicated order so well is remarkable. I would give them ten out of five stars if I could!
I had an excellent experience at Salsas Northland, thanks to the friendly staff and outstanding service. I have a rare and specific allergy, and the wonderful server who took my order went to the kitchen while my meal was being prepared to ensure my allergy request was correctly communicated. Fish taco was hot and fresh, a little too much sauce. The chips could use a little more seasoning but truly minor things. Will be back again
The guys seem to be burning the chicken and overloading it with sauce until it's overpowering. Got to improve...used to be better.
