My husband and I have been a customer for 15 years at the pleasantville Sam's club and have a summer home in SJ and never have I experienced such condescending rude behavior from the management towards its employees especially the general manager that doesn't appreciate employees that work hard and are dedicated. What a disgrace I witnessed while shopping one day and the words that came out of the general managers mouth towards an employee. I was mortified. I work for a major publication in the state of New Jersey and I will put forth in my column the disrespect I witnessed. Shame on you Sam's club. You're disgusting
The membership is definitely worth it! The rewards program is fantastic, and the selection continues to expand. The prices are great, especially for the quantity you get. The central location is convenient, and there's ample parking available. The scan-and-go feature makes it easy to grab what you need quickly, and store pickup is an added bonus.
Well organised with a variety of products at retail and bulk prices. Shopping in store is an option, but you can download the app to browse products and pay to have them delivered to you or pick them up at the store.Annoyingly, they have to scan your purchased items at the exit point in the store but take less than a minute.
Was so excited about the indoor plants that are being offered at the moment. Bought 2 palms and took them home. As soon as I watered them hundreds of worms came out of the dirt. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Sam's Club consistently delivers excellent service. It can be a bit challenging to find knowledgeable staff if you're searching for something specific, but overall, it's a great experience.
