Excellent restaurant and experience. One of the best we have done in Honfleur. The dishes are very balanced and varied. The menu allows you to choose its dishes in the tapas way, let you guide by the team who know their product very well. Alexandre and Clara offer a cuisine inspired by Japan and the French terroir. They favour a short circuit in respect of ethics and the environment.
Menu at 38€ (no) very good: the handcuff, speciality of the house, is very soft in the palate and the accompanying broth is perfect. The dishes are surprising and the quantity is more than the date. Excellent service, gas or flat filtered for 1.5€ per person.
A restaurant that must be visited. A little expensive, but fresh and quality products. An ex-star restaurant that has preferred to change its orientation, in front of the health context but which preserves its gastronomic heritage in all its dishes.
