The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service could use some improvement. I was disappointed to find that the prices listed on the menu were not accurate, as they ended up charging my credit card an additional 3-4 USD more. This lack of transparency is concerning. Additionally, some of the staff members were not very friendly and I felt uncomfortable as they seemed to stare at me, possibly because I am Asian and wearing a mask. Despite these issues, the food itself was enjoyable.
I decided to visit this place and purchase a combo chicken, rice, fries and salad) since I was on a budget. When I first walked up to the cashier I said hello and I requested the menu and she was playing with her phone with no attempts to assist me and instead of handing me the menu she pointed at a corner and said ?they are over there?. Food is delicious, good prices too, the restaurant is beautiful. But the reason why I didn?t leave 5 stars was because the waiter his name Jonathan works alone and has no help. This affects service more than they can imagine, and gives a negative perception on how they treat their workers. Even when the restaurant is fully booked every table busy, the same waiter is alone working every table client.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The phone operator is disrespectful and rude, and unable to describe the menu items. The dishes are heavy on rice and potatoes but lacking in meat. The food quality has declined from what it used to be. CHORITOS A LA CHALACA IS A 9.5 RATING. ONE OF THE BEST DISHES THEY HAVE IN THIS VERY CLEAN AND GOOD LOOKING AMBIEMCE. THE CEVICHE WAS A 7.5 RATING. THE POLLO A LA BRASA 5 RATING OUT OF 10 THE CAUSA IS 5.5 RATING OUT OF 10. IN CONCLUSION THE SEAFOOD WAS THE BEST PART SO FAR. I HAVE TO TRY THE OTHER DISHES LATER ON.
