I ordered a small vanilla bean latte but received a medium instead; I didn't say anything since it was still enjoyable. My friend ordered a chocolate cake but ended up with a carrot cake, which she didn’t mind since she liked it and didn’t want to bother the staff. The prices are reasonable for a coffee establishment. However, there are inconsistencies in the quality of the drinks. Customer service feels more typical of a casual dining spot than a premium coffee shop. You might either enjoy a superb coffee or hot chocolate or receive a disappointing, overly hot, watery drink, even when you tip generously. We visit this location every morning, and while our orders vary with the seasons, we typically get two VB Lattes, one at kids' temperature. This place is fantastic, and we eagerly anticipate our morning coffee each day. Today, we noticed that there wasn't an option for Eggnog lattes for delivery, but we mentioned it, and they sent us one anyway. Your staff consistently goes above and beyond. Thank you!
