I recently discovered a fantastic authentic Chinese restaurant in my area that offers a unique dining experience. The all-you-can-eat personal hotpot for $35 per person is a great deal. My friend and I chose the mushroom broth base and had a blast picking out different items to dip in. The sauce station was a nice touch, allowing us to create our own sauces. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. We also ordered noodles for our hotpot, and they were stretched right at our table, adding to the excitement of the meal. I can't wait to return and try more items from the main menu. I highly recommend giving this place a try, as it adds much-needed excitement to the west side dining scene.
This is one of the best Resturants in Melbourne, not Aussie Chinese food , totally authentic northern Chinese food .Sit and cook hotspot or choose from the menu.Help yourself to the condiment bar , licensed as well.Hidden in a small shopping centre with good parking .I nearly didn't do a review for my own selfish reason that once the word is out I won't get a seat.I have never tried so many dishes in such a small amount of visits ,everything is fantastic.Hosts are young and energetic.Worth double what I pay .Luckily I live nearby.

Authentic chinese hot pot..its served in individual soup base pots and the cooker is electronically part of your table.. There are plenty of other dishes to choose from including griddle pot, dumplings, cucumber salad and heaps more! Flavours are divine, portions are generous. This part of town has desperately needed a restaurant like this!!!! No more visits to the city for hot pot. New restaurant so needs more customers.. Go treat your taste buds!!!! The service is quite poor, be honestly, the staffs seem not even bother and always stay near the counter chatting. No one even bothers to ask if you want a jug of water or something else. The food is quite spicy and the third time I found an piece of hair inside the main dish and I picked it out. Ordered the same food twice in a couple weeks, the dish looks more smaller and less volume. Was quite disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food and service were both excellent. The waitstaff were very professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Chinese food. I left feeling satisfied and had a great Easter celebration. Thank you so much for the amazing experience! Plus, the prices were very reasonable.
Think I’ve found my fav restaurant in the western suburbs. It’s 38$ for all you can eat, and none alcoholic drinks are all included in the buffet. You can also eat skewers and fruits, they also had some cooked dishes available too. Fantastic range of choices, would definitely recommend.

This place is incredible. We didn't try the hotpot but are going back in a couple of weeks to give this a go. Wonderful food and lovely staff. They have an Oz Chinese menu, but I totally recommend ordering off the Authentic Chinese menu.
