Off the top, the customer service was A-1. I didn’t get the woman’s name behind the counter but she was the sweetest lady. Food was great. Only complaint I have is my greens had too many stems in them. Those who eat greens know what I mean. That will not stop me from going back on my next visit to Pensacola though. This is the first restaurant I went to during my visit so they set the bar. I went to another seafood place in the same area and it did not meet the mark.
Absolutely delicious food served by a caring and hospitable staff. Ms. Denise up at the register is just the kindest server I think I’ve ever had. Mr. John, his son, and the rest of their kitchen also throw it down back there! Here to tell you, if you’re looking for some seafood- this is the spot. The lumpia on the appetizer menu is a 20/10 must try. It’s rare to find a place in which all the sides and all the mains are good- but everything here tasty.
Food is good. Lady working the register seems to struggle with taking orders and answering the phone. I was on hold for 7 minutes, overheard every order being taken, and she never picked phone back up. I finally hung up and drove up there. While I was there she did the same to someone else that called in. Good food, poor service.
We have lived here 3 years and just found out about his place from our neighbor. When I seen the soft Crab Po'Boy I was sold. Wife had her usual she gets everywhere Fried Shrimp Platter. I also had the Fried Green Tomatoes. Mmmm good. I'll be back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It's great little restaurant with quick service and good food. They have a massive po'boy sandwich with sausage, oysters, and shrimp on it and great appetizers. Their gumbo is good and they have fresh mullet too. Definitely worth checking out.
Food is great and staff is nice and friendly. The place is small and seats uncomfortable so is probably best to get to go if that's a concern.
Omg!!! Best seafood ever! I got a combo platter with fried catfish. Shrimp, fries baked beans. Couldn't have been any better, love it!!!!
