Ah yes, nothing like getting blatantly ignored by the staff after they take your friend 's order. Then followed by counting their till and looking over your head as they continue to completely ignore your existence. And then watch as they take someone else 's order five minutes later when they come in, butt you in line, and ridicule you for not standing at the order corner that is literally 5cm away from where you 're currently standing. Ah yes, nothing better! A service. I wish I could give the experience 0 stars. When made properly, their bubble teas are delicious. However... you 're lucky if your order is made correctly. Our latest and definitely last visit to Share Tea was this past weekend. Our order was very simple. 2 taro pearl milk tea. I was the only customer in the store and there were 8 staff behind the counter. I waited the usual 5 minutes for my 2 drinks to be ready. They made the wrong drinks. I gently reminded them my order, and they proceeded to make the correct drinks. I consumed my fair share of milk teas while I was in Toronto and Sharetea was probably my favorite spot. Simple concept: Get in line and order. What I like is that they have signs to indicate your sugar levels: 0% 30% 50% 80% 100%. They also have one for your ice levels. I had mine at regular ice and 30% sweet which was perfect. I couldn't imagine 100% sugar shock. They have tons of options that I've never heard of a little afraid to try to I stick with either taro or milk tea with tapioca balls. 3.5 stars for the drink quality 1 star for the service Didnt meant to write a review until now when recently a friend had to come down to order and deliver two simple plain BBT drinks up to my place closeby. Both of us came to this joint several times and as many of the people in this neighborhood would know, there are tons of options available for BBT here. They told him that he was to tip them for the drinks despite the fact that he is there to deliver the drinks up to me. If anything, I should be tipping my good friend for doing such a service. I came here again tonight since a week later, had another craving for hot taro milk tea. I had the one on Christie last week and it was hot taro milk black tea. I asked the girl behind the counter if she had the black tea and she said no, they made it with green tea. I was a little confused and thrown off since I never had it with green tea. She guaranteed it was tastier than black tea so I took her word. I love green tea usually so when I took a sip it was so good! I prefer this over the black tea. Thanks to the girl for the recommendation. Ps. This location takes vicinity! Christie does not.
Best bubble tea I've ever had! All of the flavors I've tried so far have been excellent, and the staff has always been super friendly and awesome. I love that they put real fruit into the fruity teas. I've been to a few different bubble tea places in Toronto, and I have to say that this is my all-time favorite. None of the other places even remotely compare.
I really love their tiny tapioca and I love their lychee jelly. They do not skim on the amount of their toppings. I got the home made taro however... I could not taste the taro at all. I was wondering why it's one of their most popular. However I will come back again because I absolutes love their toppings.
Drink I got was really creamier than cha times. I think it was the black pearl milk tea. Was good, the only exception was the bubbles. But as good as cha times, and a biggie was the fact that the bubbles kept getting stuck in the straw : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Do not go here !!!!!!Customer service sucks!!! I bought a wrong drink and the cashier she won't let me exchange for different one . They all very rude to me . Never come back here again!!
