Shawbridge Microbrasserie Charcuteries

We had a wonderful meal at Shawbridge Microbrasserie I tried the Es-tu ben sure which was delicious not to sweet really refreshing. We had the french onion soup the broth was amazing the stout added lots of flavor with lots of onions and baguettes still with crunch covered in melted gruyere cheese. Had the ribs which were cooked to perfection the meat falling off the bone the sauce is nice with a bit of a kick loved the fries too. dessert we had cremeux du citron which was amazing with the crunch of meringue with the tartness of lemon and the graham cracker crumbs on top I highly recommend this and the cafe au lait and decaf coffee where excellent. We stopped in with a group to try their beer. We enjoyed the flights of beer and their sausage of the day. Beers were delicious! Great ambiance and friendly servers recommended!

Great beer and beer cocktails. The food is fine, but overpriced for what you get. The cod appetizer isn't worth the trouble.
