Such a brilliant evening! It just felt very special from start to finish! Wonderfully warm and welcoming greeting from Beth; personalised menu cards; cosy, relaxed atmosphere and ambiance with great service and Carl 's amazing and delicious food! Couldn 't have asked for more! Love the concept of being able to choose several 'small ' plates rather like large starter sizes we chose one dish to share, three savouries each and a dessert/cheese board. As it was a Thursday, we only booked the week before if you are in the area, as we were, we would thoroughly recommend that you give a ring to ask about availability (leave name and number and they really do get back to you! and book if at all poss...
really enjoyed eating in this little gem of a restaurant that eat and drink that they serve are fantastic, the staff are very friendly and attentive. and appropriate is their wonderful deli where they can pamper in wonderful locally produced products. with all the beautiful made foods available to take away. a series of smoked cheese, fish and meat and other smoked foods there are just a few to name. what a real tasty and was really worth the visit. You guys.
known as foragers retreat, this is a small jewel. it is at the end of a large village a way from everywhere with a local business and hairdresser while they have a selection of beer and ancillaries for sale. we went for Sunday midday and while the menu choice was limited to four roasts (3 meats a veggie) the price for the amount of food was a good ratio. parking was sufficient.
We had an excellent experience at the Persian restaurant tonight. The service was outstanding, thanks to the friendly staff. Great food, great safety measures (covid-19), great service...what's not to like...especially with a menu that changes every few weeks based on a different countrys' cuisine...brilliant

This is a wonderful little spot! I had an amazing lunch, so much so that I ended up booking a breakfast reservation just four days later.
