Your front end sucks. I don’t work for you. I am tired of finding one cashier open and the rest is self checkout. This wouldn’t be so bad if the registers didn’t stop the transaction process every other item, then you need assistance. 3people are working the floor to help you, that is if they are not too busy talking amongst themselves or they are their phones. Great Customer Service. I have been coming here since the store opened. What a disappointment. The rest of the store is fine
Joy at customer service was so helpful with me today I was having a bad morning because my car would not start because of the low battery in the key Fob I walked to ShopRite and went to customer service to help find the battery I needed and joy helped me open it.she was so kind and in a morning that was filled with stress her kindness meant a lot to me
This ShopRite is quite spacious and offers a wide variety of products to meet all your needs. The prices are reasonable, and the selection is impressive. I particularly enjoy the hot foods section. The store itself is welcoming and well-maintained, and there's always plenty of convenient parking available.
I love this shop rite. I especially want to highlight the meat dept. Today someone was walking out of the area and was clearly done for the day, yet I did ask him a question. Excellent selection and good prices with a wide variety of products. However, they do fall short when it comes to organic options. Generally well-stocked most of the time.
Most un professional and racist location in Branchburg. If your black or Hispanic they will literally stand over you while your checking out at self checkout.
