I stopped by Shota Sushi And Grill yesterday and discovered their new menu, which includes some amazing additions. We tried the Monkey roll, now our new favorite—it tastes absolutely heavenly—and also the New York roll, which quickly became one of our top choices. The presentation was stunning, featuring dry ice in a glass that resembled a volcanic eruption. The food is always fresh, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit—just thinking about it makes my mouth water! They also serve miso soup with the rolls, bursting with flavor and easily the best we've ever had. The staff are always incredibly kind and attentive, making the dining experience truly enjoyable.

My mother wanted to order a coconut drink, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. The waiter kindly let us know and generously offered us complimentary dessert. When the desserts arrived, we were pleasantly surprised when the restaurant treated our entire family to them for free. Although we had a $10 voucher, we decided not to use it because we genuinely enjoyed our visit. The restaurant's interior, as well as the quality of the utensils, plates, and linens, was impressive.

The food is exceptional, boasting incredible freshness, skillful preparation, and beautiful presentation. The decor is stylish and contemporary, and the staff is wonderful.
