Party of 5 My 16 year old granddaughter found this on TripAdvisor We had walked n walked in the village We had excellent service.2 of us got the Hot Roast Beef open face I had gravy over my fries.yum yum Lots of beef she even ate some of mine.Gramps had a cheese burger,1 had breakfast which is served all day.Grand ordered chicken lemon pepper meal.We all enjoyed our meal clean ,not noises.Thanks for a relaxing early dinner.We had reservations for a carriage ride we were on time back to town,& not miserable over stuffed Food was very tasty.
It is a quick place to get a meal but to be honest drive the next 5 minutes to Niagara On The Lake and grab a snack there. It might cost you more but you will enjoy it better. The caesar salad was bland to say the least. My son had the taco chips that weren't too bad and my lovely and I shared the chicken wings that were hot and okay but I don't hink they were jumbo as we thought we were to get. It is another place for us to cross off the list of " We should try that place"
We were looking for a new place to eat in Niagara-on-the Lake while visiting the Shaw Festival, and found this place a short distance from the main part of town. It's in a strip plaza, with a menu providing a wide selection to choose from and prices more than reasonable. They must have a fairly regular clientele as the waitress asked if we wanted a menu. Nothing sensational about the food, but good, wholesome and filling.
Was surprised that they really have a $3.49 breakfast as advertised outside and that it was valid on a Saturday! Service was prompt portion size was smallish but coffee cost almost as much as meal. Server didn't know the price of other breakfast specials. Very busy lots of families.
Just a nice small diner, with friendly staff and fast service. Have a nice selection of Ukranian food on the menu, which turned out to be excellent. Wide selection of other food available. Had dinner there, and will be back.Only tough spot was finding parking, but it was worth it.
Great idea for breakfast. Cozy and very family friendly. Coffee is very good and service is fast. Hubby had everything omelette. Superb! Only fresh ingredients used. I had Virgil special. I forgot to order crispy bacon, so it was undercooked for my liking. Great place!
Very friendly place. Staff greeted many people by name, customers have the menu memorized. Very clean and had excellent service. I had the Virgil Big Breakfast, it was huge. Much larger than I expected. Wife had Cabbage rolls with perogies which she really liked.

If you want something quick and filling, this is your place. Good service, average food. Smelled like grease when we walked in and that's all we smelled for the next 2 hours.
