I called at 7 AM after hearing great things about the buffet and wanted to know when it was available and what dishes were served. I spoke with Nicole, and she provided exceptional customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service myself, I didn't expect such a positive experience so early in the morning. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and services, making it a genuine pleasure to talk with her. Honestly, she brightened my day and my coworker's day, who was listening nearby. We need more people like Nicole in customer service roles. Thank you so much, Nicole—you truly made my day!
It's a hit and miss location. Stayed at the BestWestern a few times and 3 night this time. The food is OK. Nothing bad but not always consistent with food, service and... but the employees are all busy working. The issue is the quality of food is not on point.
I ordered the Bison Burger, and it was very tasty. I noticed that the online menu featured steaks, but they weren’t included in the menu we received at the restaurant. This left me a bit confused, but overall, I enjoyed my meal.
The prime rib is the only menu item that was decent. It was cooked perfectly. The rest of the food was terrible. Meatballs were frozen meatballs heated, the chicken Alfredo next a lot to be desired. Ragu jar sauce tastes better.

The people are great from the kitchen to the host. Prime rib on the buffet was pretty good but the rest of the food was kind of lacking. Still, really enjoy this place. Breakfast buffet it great too!!
