My wife and I ate at the Simmering Pho cafe for lunch today Our server, and also the owner of the restaurant (I believe), was the sweetest person you could meet. She suggested we try the spring rolls and prayed that I would like them because she thinks they are great hahaha my god, they were so refreshing and filling. 3 large spring rolls btw cut into six servings For our main dish we both had #39Bun Tom Thit Nuong (rice vermicelli noodle with grilled pork and shrimp). Get it and make sure you pour the fish sauce on it if you are not familiar with Vietnamese food. I decided a few weeks ago to try at my lunch break from work and now I am a regular customer. even in the 100-degree heats I have eaten here 5 times in the last month, with twice taken out. I had never tried a ochsentail and I am open to try everything so that I did it and I can not stop it! so tender and I get it in the spicy broth that is so tasteful. the owner, I suppose she is the owner, is so sweet and thank me always for my support. that will be my new Monday evening dinner break from work. that must try!

One of the best Pho place I've been to. I had the #8 Pho Dac Biet (Pho Special). Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very nice. I was served pretty quickly.Overall I great experience.
Super Yummy Pho is one of the best places I've found in the area. The ambiance is great, and the food is consistently excellent. The wait time isn't long either. Overall, it's a fantastic café!
