Giving this company a rating of 1 feels overly generous. I made the error of placing an order and was informed via email that my subscription would be canceled. However, I received a confirmation email stating that I would be receiving another order, and they have already deducted the payment from my account. I've reached out to them multiple times through email, but have received no response. I do not recommend ordering from this company; both their customer service and the quality of their coffee are lacking.
The coffee here is good, but I can find good coffee at the store for a lower price. We enjoy grinding our own beans, but they only offer two varieties of whole beans. If they had a wider selection, I would definitely consider ordering from them again.
The signature blend is a perfect cup of coffee. Bold taste. Smooth finish. And I love the inviting and environmentally friendly packaging! Can't wait to try the French Roast for my next cup.
