Now, onto the food—wow! We tried the meatless nachos and the meatless sandwich, and the portions were massive (we could have easily shared one). Everything was delicious! The nachos didn’t have vegan cheese or sour cream, but they were still incredibly tasty. We added pickles to the already amazing sandwich, and it just took it over the top—absolutely incredible! Just a heads up: the vegan options come with non-vegan sides, so make sure to specify no cheese, sour cream, coleslaw, etc. I didn’t ask for a salad, but I’m sure they would have swapped it out for free if I had. I would love to see vegan corn bread, coleslaw, dill pickles, mac, etc. added to the menu in the future! When the barte...
I feel like I will get a little hate for these 3 stars because the reviews are all much higher but I just couldn?t do it. We love love love bbq and unfortunately the marinade or seasoning was just not a hit for us. Atmosphere: is wonderful. We really loved the brick walls and open feeling of the whole space. Service: our waitress was wonderful and everything was served generally quick. Food: we got the ribs and meat combo and added an extra meat to the platter. The ribs weren?t fall of the bone tender and the seasoning was not something we enjoyed. The brisket wasn?t bad. The pulled pork we barely touched. We just over all didn?t love the flavor of the sauce and rub. The corn bread was good...
The food was absolutely delicious—especially the burnt ends, which were perfectly cooked and not too fatty. The mac and cheese was creamy, the ribs were fantastic, and the large melt brisket was outstanding. I'm now in love with Rattlesnake Sauce; it's my favorite sauce of all time. The staff was incredible as well. Even though the restaurant was busy, we were well taken care of, and everyone was efficient, attentive, and friendly (shoutout to Trish). The atmosphere was amazing. I would give this place more stars if I could, and I highly recommend it every time!
It was a great place. I was once and got the smoked chicken, which I recommend. This is for the first time trying to care for her grilled chicken and I did?t, as it was quite bland and I had to add a lot of black pepper and salt when it came to the table. I wanted Smokin' Al's been in Bay Shore for a long time. When he turned off, I came here. The food is still as good as ever. Portions are HUGE so expect a to-go bag, unless you are really hungry. Ribs, pulled pig and Mac cheese are my personal favorites (as shown in pictures). Our service is always good when we go. 5/5 recommend!
I've been here so many times and it has never disappointed. Their portions are huge and everything I've had on the menu has been delicious. Today I got a brisket sandwich with slaw and fries and I was very happy. Staff is super nice and there is a Pokemon go gym in the restaurant if you're into that.
Enjoyed a wonderfully delicious anniversary lunch with my husband on 10/14. We loved the ribs, chicken and variety of sauces. The receiving and wait staff were wonderfully attentive and even helped us celebrate with Cake Shots! Danielle was a great server and we hope to have her on our next visit.
Great food! They had just 2 servers and a host running the floor so service was a little slow, but they did GREAT. The food was just amazing... I only wish they had a main entree level size of the pork belly burnt ends. Those things are a carnivores food dream! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
