Toasted teacake was absolutely delicious. Tasted like real butter. Apart from that, I'm not a fan of serving mug of camomile with the tea bag left in so after I've sat down for a minute to let it brew, I have to get up to find somewhere to put the used bag. Would be nicer to serve on a saucer. I do like table service especially when travelling with a dog or lots of shopping bags, because having to get up and down to the counter to collect your food is a real problem. So this tea shop is not for me.
Waited 10 minutes for a toastie, had to chase them for it as they had forgotten it was in the oven. Very dry and gave it back to them, suggested they pay attention to what they are doing rather than chatting and eat behind the counter. As I walked out of the door one of them sarcastically wishes me a Merry Christmas. My friend had a wrap that was out of date, she got a refund. Needless to say we won't be going back there.
I'm always on the lookout for a good spot to grab breakfast, especially during that in-between time when it's not quite lunch but too late for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here on both visits - the food was delicious and the hot drinks were fantastic. The atmosphere was also great, with a comfortable seating area perfect for people-watching. I will definitely be coming back again.
On a 3 day break and 2nd day in wonderful Bath. Caught the train from Bristol and had to start with a coffee! Sat outside....service good....friendly girls..no nonsense covid rules efficiently carried out. Bath is such a chilled out place and our seat allowed good people watching which we love. Coffee was great. Lots of people about but it was a good atmosphere in a super town.....

Excellent food and service at the counter, with a wide range of savoury dishes and sweet cakes. It can be very busy around lunchtime and difficult to get a table. Ordered some hot food but had to go to the counter to collect it. It would be really good if they could give you a number then bring it to your table. Would definitely go again.
I recently discovered my favorite London coffee chain now in Bath. Located on the corner of Union Street, this spot is in the heart of the city yet retains a peaceful atmosphere. It offers the same great Soho Coffee quality - generous servings, a relaxed vibe, modern industrial decor, and even student discounts. Definitely worth a visit.
Coffee served in paper cups despite sitting in, mince pie was dry. Main issue refused access to toilets as we were told they had just been cleaned!!! We were told this is usual policy and other’s customers have complained but told to contact head office not alot of use when you need to use the toilet, won’t be visiting again
Why am I here today? had a latte and an breakfast bap and I was very impressed. will definitely be back. great food and coffee and very friendly staff and fast service.

We called in here yesterday. Staff were friendly, and was honestly one of the best decaf lattes I've ever had! Would return without hesitating.
The ambience was really amazing. Staff were great. Iced mocha was great. Recommend Iced Vanilla Latte.
