The staff at Southside Griller are very friendly, but the drinks leave much to be desired. I ordered an iced oat milk matcha, which took 15 minutes to arrive despite there only being two customers in the café. When it finally came, it was lukewarm with just four ice cubes. I had requested a non-sweet matcha, but it was overly sweet and a pale green color. After just three sips, I had to discard it. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
