I have to thank the Chefs and the owner for providing the most spectacular fine dining encounter. Almost 20 of us celebrated Turning Tables book event at Sparks. As a foodie l appreciated the artistry that started from the kitchen to the table. The cuisine was not only visually presentable, every bite transported you on a journey. The freshness of the muscles and calamari made you appreciate the fisherman’s toil, you literally felt the rhythm of the Mediterranean Sea. The flavours were so delightful they told a story, the pasta was so authentically Italian it took you through the kitchens of Sicily but most importantly evoked memories of love. Honestly this is the best restaurant I have been too at Niagara Falls ! Walter was an amazing waiter and made my experience 10000X better ! The atmosphere of this restaurant was just beautiful ! It’s a historic building so everything in there makes you feel as if you’re in a grand ball. I definitely recommend this place if you’re also looking for a restaurant with great food ! They cut their on meat and everything is fresh ! I got the 8oz sirloin steak and got it done medium rare and it just tasted so good !
Our server for the night was Jason; an amazing dude who suggested the right kind of steak for the mood and meal after a hard end to the Weekdays of work. I took his suggestion for Delmonico Cut and asked for it to be cooked Chicago style with the center being medium. Probably the juiciest steak I've had in Niagara, period; perfectly charred on the outside, and comes with a great compliment of fries. 10/10, definitely coming back here again.
Top quality steaks, cooked just the way you like it. Perfect pairing with Lobster Mashed Potatoes and garlic butter beans, with a side of fresh, juicy mushrooms. Friendly and knowledgeable waiter. Great location down a quiet street right in Clifton Hills. Can be pricey but it's worth it. We always make this a stop when vacationing in Niagara, and always leave satisfied. We had a nice dinner in Sparks. The restaurant has a 5-course-prix-fixe menu for our group that we Calamari, mussels, a rose pasta, as well as a choice between steak, salmon or chicken for the main course. I had the steak and it was perfectly cooked. For the desert we had the choice between chocolate cake and Tiramisu, both delicious. The cocktails were also amazing.
Make yourself a favor and visit this beautiful restaurant! This cozy place has left the best impressions! Warm hosts, delicious dishes, exquisite presentation, wide wine map and wonderful dessert. The ambience is unsurpassed, the food is to die! Literally Can't wait to go back.
I had my book start dinner at the Sparks Steak House and was very happy with the service. The food was great, the staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I visited from Atlanta and will definitely return to Sparks next time in Niagara Falls. Very recommended.
