This place is a true hidden gem! I'm finally writing a review instead of keeping it to myself, this is the third time I have visited this establishment and it is truly exceptional in every aspect, Sam the host is an absolute gentleman, the friendly greeting and attentive staff from the moment you enter makes you feel truly at home. They are currently Unlicensed so you can bring your favourite drink to accompany your favourite Indian cuisine! The food is absolutely delicious, in my opinion it's the best in Hereford, truly next level! I personally recommend the chefs special chilli chicken masala, you're not going to go wrong regardless of what you order, we'll be seeing you again soon. Xander...
Visited on Saturday night with husband and daughter. It's our favourite place to get takeaway from so we were looking forward to good food. We were not disappointed, tried a couple of dishes we hadn't tried before as well as their special signature rice which was so fresh and delicious. Great food, friendly service, good value for money. Worth noting they are not licensed so you can take your own alcohol if wanted. Will definitely be back very soon.
We have been using the Spice Minister for takeaway meals ever since it opened, and it has always been excellent. But tonight's order was just by far the best Indian meal we have ever had. Everything was perfect and we cannot praise the chef and his staff enough. Please pass on our compliments to everyone involved and the owners. We were so impressed and cannot recommend this restaurant/takeaway enough! You will not find better anywhere.

After the renovation the restaurant feels very modern and clean. I went there on a date with my parter and it was a lovely environment to spend our evening. The food was lovely especially the onion Bhajee for starters
The food was fantastic, prepared and served promptly. The service was friendly from the hostess to the chef. The ambiance was clean, cozy, and peaceful. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
Always get a delivery here and highly recommend it. Their service is fast and the food is delicious. I don't think they do gluten-free here last time I checked so I would be careful.
