Upon their return, they only brought back one of the missing items. I had to remind them that I was still waiting for another item to complete my order. Once again, they walked away, retrieved the item, set it on the table, and left without a word. There was no apology or acknowledgment—no "have a nice day," nothing at all.
Every customer deserves to be treated as if it’s their first visit, and their experience should be as pleasant as possible. This is essential for customer retention. Mistakes can occur, but ignoring a customer is not the appropriate response. Due to this experience, I won't be returning.
It's been a while since my last visit to this restaurant, but I'm definitely planning to come back soon! The baby back rib portions are quite generous, and they are so tender that the meat practically falls off the bone—simply fantastic! The side dishes were superb, especially the macaroni and cheese. I must also mention the rolls, which were hot and soft straight from the oven! Overall, I had an amazing experience tonight. Thank you, Spring Creek, for making my Sunday dinner truly unforgettable. The staff was friendly, the value was excellent, and it's the best deal in town!
The ribs were good, but the brisket was just ok. You can get tastier brisket elsewhere for cheaper. The soda refill situation is awkward. The glasses are small, but the only place to refill is to go back into the serving line. They should put a refill station in the dining area
Always love going here the rolls are amazing. I have never tried one of the salads before and this time since I'm on WW I gave the turkey salad a try. It was delicious. I just wish they had more low calorie dressing choices. I did eat a roll and it wasamazing.

I encountered some difficulties while trying to place my order online, so I opted to call and place a takeout order instead. Understanding that I was around twenty minutes away, I assumed my meal would be ready by the time I got there.
We are from Illinois visiting family down in Fort Worth and we stopped in the lake Worth location.10/10 everything was delicious and the employees were friendly! We will be visiting again
My food was excellent tonight. I had brisket, mac& cheese, and beans. Everything was very good. Last but not least the rolls are amazing. Recommend waiting on the hot ones.
The BBQ at this restaurant is exceptional. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the meals come with unlimited freshly baked rolls that are absolutely incredible.

The food was excellent and served hot. Although it was a bit busy, it wasn’t too overwhelming. There was plenty of parking available.
This establishment has significantly deteriorated from what it once was. The staff appeared to lack any concern or attentiveness.
