I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived to pick it up, only 2 out of my 3 items were ready. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. After inquiring about my missing drink, the barista informed me it would be ready shortly. A few minutes later, I explained that I needed to return to work. She mentioned she was behind on making drinks, but I noticed her using her cellphone and scratching her nose without washing her hands. The only friendly staff member was the guy at the register; I wish I had caught his name. My empty cup with my name was sitting behind the counter, but he prepared my last drink without any issues or attitude. They definitely need more staff like him.
I’ve been a loyal starbucks customer for over 5 years and have always appreciated the service. However I had a disappointing experience during today’s visit. I placed a mobile order through the starbucks app and went in to pick it up. While I was there I politely asked the worker in the picture if I could please have an iced water. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and completely ignored me. I’m not sure why I was treated that way especially since I was respectful. I waited for 5 mins and she still was ignoring me and I ended up asking the other employee who was very kind and gladly helped me. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
Came in just for a water bottle. Got a cup of ice also. Usually would get some coffee or a snack but alreast had coffee early. Got really thirsty after a long drive and walked to top of parking lot in stairs to get some steps in but got a little light headed. The second time I went up I used the elevator instead. I ordered an iced latte and three chocolate croissants. They handed me the croissants, but I had to wait about 25 minutes for the latte. When I finally received my order, I asked if they could warm the croissants again since I had waited so long. The staff member told me no, as they had already done it. After waiting that long, the croissants were colder than I expected. What a disappointing experience!

The service is extremely slow. I placed my order 30 minutes in advance, yet I'm still waiting. They don't seem to prioritize orders based on arrival, opting instead to prepare the simpler drinks first. As a result, all the frappuccinos end up taking much longer to be made.

They finally reopened the bathrooms after closing during covid. It's a fairly clean, but BUSY Starbucks. Be prepared to wait if you haven't ordered ahead, especially during morning and midday rushes.
Waited a little while on my order, did not get an item but was replaced with gift cards instead. I am just as satisfied! Thank you!!
