I am posting this review to say that the person working the drive thru all morning January 12 2024 is the most polite and nicest employee I have ever met I have came to pick up several DoorDash orders and every time I come by he always has a smile and nice things to say he deserves an award or a raise or both! It is employees like him that make customers want to come back. Keep up the great work!
I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple of times and every single time that I do go there they always seem to mess up my order. Besides that they never fill up the cup to the top the first time that they didn’t I ignored it and said it’s a simple mistake but it keeps happening It’s ridiculous.
Super friendly staff, especially in the drive thru; most importantly, a well trained team with great flair for providing excellent customer service, and please let the store DM know that this is among the CLEANEST and most impeccably well kept stores in the US network. Congrats, team!
10 out of 10 service today. There was a promotion going on and Sergio and Janine handled it so calm. The line was long and both employees were on top of everything. I wish they could take tips.
