I’m not one to write negative reviews but after many unfair instances thought this warranted one. This Starbucks was our go to for a long time since it’s so close to our church. We come here about 4-5 times a week if not more. Current management of this Starbucks needs help in learning pricing policies. Recently we’ve been ordering a side of salted caramel cold foam since we love to add it to our iced drinks. A side is considered a short cup of it. All of the Starbucks we’ve been to have charged us $1.25 for this side which is totally reasonable. Not too long ago this Starbucks decided that the cost of a short cup of foam should be $4.95. The drive thru takes so long at this location. The past couple times I've waited for about 15 minutes. A massive long line was ahead and behind me. If you're in a rush, don't come to this starbucks. I give it 2 stars because my coffee has always been right but the line is horrible.
The team at this location are troopers; they are just the most patient and helpful people. Seems like they are always in a good mood and they make it contagious too. One of my fav locations to go to tbh.
I had a wonderful experience at the drive-thru. My son attempted to say hello, but the staff was quite busy. Instead, they wrote a sweet note about my son's drink, which really made our day. Food: 5/5.

i just got a pink drink and the girl at the window was absolutely the best part of my whole day. she had me smiling from ear to ear, absolutely adore her.
