I strongly advise against visiting this location. Opt for a different Dieucks, even if it requires a longer drive; you'll still receive your order faster. This place is disorganized, and the staff avoids making eye contact. They seem to hide from anyone who inquires about their orders. I waited 11 minutes for two large iced teas, and it took 17 minutes before they finally acknowledged me. After I quietly expressed my frustration about the delay, they finally took action. There was no eye contact, just a name called out when the drinks were ready. Save yourself the trouble and dine somewhere else.
I had a disappointing experience during my last visit to the Starbucks on Elm St. It took me 35 minutes to get my order, and I could see that all eight staff members were busy serving customers. I really felt for them, as it seems they could use more help on weekends during the mid-morning rush. However, I must say that the baristas were always friendly.
Never had a problem coming here! My drinks are always how I like them and in the off chance they aren't, they have no issue fixing it for me. I guess I've been coming here alot recently because one barrista, Tyler, started to recognize me and my order . They're always so personable and this is the only Starbucks in town I reccomend to my friends!
The staff is nice, hard working, and makes good drinks. However, every single time I order from here it takes forever. I generally place an order in advance. I'll wait an additional 10 minutes after the order is supposed to be ready before I go in and it's never there. They are always scrambling.

The coffee is great, but I've noticed that in several locations, the staff isn't cleaning the floors and tables regularly. As a result, the overall environment is becoming less pleasant. I hope Starbucks addresses this issue soon.
I truly adore this restaurant! The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. They prepare my drinks with care and handle every customer with patience, even with the more challenging ones!
I visit this location frequently, and I've never encountered any issues. Today, Tyler even remembered my order, which was impressive. The staff here is always friendly and approachable!
I mistakenly placed my pre-order at the wrong location, but the staff kindly made me a fresh coffee at no extra charge. They were very accommodating!

I am fairly new to Starbucks, as I'm a Dunkin gal. I must say. The caramel ribbon crunch has got me hooked for life!!!
Food was ok and using the app was great, atmosphere needed a lift.
