May 31, 2023. The chic working there according to the receipt is Tanijah. She didn't seem like she wanted to work there.. and she did not communicate my drink to the guy making it. They made 2 other customers drinks before making mine.. and just looked at me standing there as if I just didn't walk from the register to pickup.. they're both Retarded!! Y'all need to hire competent workers. Now I have to go tell yelp don't buy Coffee from there!! Bad customer service.. needs training
Why is this location listed as being a Drive-Thru when it's INSIDE of the Safeway store??? Is someone suggesting I should drive my vehicle into the store to order my coffee? Because I could see some people getting hurt and myself possibly ending the day behind bars... But seriously, anyone? WTH?! I drove all the way here because I specifically wanted to be able to order from the drive thru, and not have to deal with going inside... Irritating.
Very inconsistent. One day, they make beverages right, the other they are weak. Today I paid extra for oat milk and I see the guy adding whipped cream on a beverage that doesn't even come with whipped cream. Why would you add something extra the customer never requested? Specially a dairy product on an specially requested non-dairy alternative.
It took 7 people like 20 minutes to make 4 drinks. There was basically no one there. I assume basically everyone was new because no one wants to work for the union-busting capitalist leach that Starbucks has become. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
customers pay a lot for this coffee just to be sent next door to use the bathroom. get it together already.
I love Starbucks the only downfall is that I wished it would stay open later
