I'm giving this restaurant a five-star rating because they manage the busy crowds exceptionally well, both indoors and at the drive-thru. Speaking of the drive-thru, the line often stretches all the way to the stop sign or even further! If you choose to visit, be prepared for a bit of a wait—I can't comment on the drive-thru wait time since we decided to go inside, but the wait for a table was quite reasonable. Every time I order from Starbucks, there’s always a problem with either the drinks or the food. The food is often overheated, causing it to become soggy and unappetizing by the time it’s served. Several times, the food has melted so much that it loses its texture and flavor. Many staff members don’t follow proper hygiene practices, frequently touching lids, cups, and food without sanitizing their hands after handling money or cards. Some employees also wear dirty uniforms and aprons. I’ve experienced arguments over my order, and some staff can be rude and dismissive. The overall cleanliness is poor, with dirty tables, chairs, and restrooms in awful condition. I cannot recommend this place.
At Starbucks, the waitress with purple hair seemed poorly trained. She only brought two spoons for our group of four, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. We also had to refill our own water pitcher because she was busy using her cellphone and not paying attention to customers. Despite this, I left a generous tip for the other waitress. After this experience, I don’t plan to return. The waitress appeared upset when I took the water pitcher myself. The Starbucks menu was overshadowed by the poor service.
I’ve consistently had issues with this location not honoring my customizations on mobile orders. I was really let down by my drink today. It's been a tough month for me, and I was looking for a midday pick-me-up after an incredibly early start, and this was just disappointing, especially since it wasn't even during a busy time. Ugh.

I absolutely loved the design of this Starbucks. I visited on August 31, 2022, and ordered a pumpkin spice frappuccino, a chocolate cookie crumble frappuccino, and a pumpkin muffin. The baristas were amazing; they even remade my drink when there was a mistake with my order. Overall, the atmosphere was delightful.
I took my granddaughter to the drive-through after school, and the person working there was incredibly rude to her. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. It's clear that he needs to be retrained on how to be polite and treat customers properly. When I asked for his name, he refused to tell me.
This Starbucks is poorly managed—it shouldn’t take 30-40 minutes to receive an order. I had to go inside and cancel mine. I watched the line grow and shrink while I waited for just two drinks. If you’re nearby, the best option is the Starbucks inside Target.
I stopped by this place after working every night during the election! I recommend trying the Zebra Hot Chocolate with whole milk—it makes it so much richer! Don't forget to add whipped cream; it's delicious!
