Slowest Starbucks on the planet, rude, inattentive, lazy, and slow workers. Walked in today and ordered one drink (the easiest one to make btw a chai latte, I used to work at a Starbucks) there was no one in front of me in line and it took 13 minutes for me to get my drink. The employee making drinks was moving like a zombie. This is the second time I've come to this Starbucks and had a terrible experience. The first time I came in and ordered a regular coffee and croissant. I start work at 11:30, and work 50 feet from the Starbucks, I came in here at 11. My coffee wasn't ready until 11:13, and the croissant I had to come back for because by 11:30 it still wasn't ready. I come back and ask f...
I often notice low ratings due to slow service, but I have to say that they're just really busy. I did receive a wrong order (fingers crossed it gets sorted), but overall, my experience was fantastic. They had an issue with patrons not wearing masks, which led to the district actually closing off seating, so that might explain their attentiveness. Nonetheless, it didn’t deter me from ordering. The other shops in the area are charming, picturesque, and easy to stroll through, plus there's a fantastic bakery nearby.

So far, I haven't received an incorrect order (knock on wood), and my overall experience has been fantastic. They did face some challenges with customers not wearing masks, which led to the county shutting down seating; that might explain their strictness. However, that hasn’t deterred me from placing my orders. The surrounding shops are charming, quaint, and easily walkable, plus there's a fantastic bakery nearby!
Unable to make a hot cup of tea with milk/cream. First attempt it wasn 't hot at all, so the tea bag was unable to steep properly...so just a cup of warm milk. Second attempt was some type of tea latte I gave up and asked for a refund. The barista(whom was extremely pleasant and accommadating) mentioned multiple times that was how she was trained to make tea Team members please provide proper training on making HOT tea at this location. I really wouldn't recommend visiting this place in the morning. I had to wait over 30 minutes just for a cup of tea. They need to either properly staff the place, prioritize walk-in customers instead of letting mobile orders pile up, or stop accepting walk-in orders altogether. It's simply unacceptable for a business next to a train station to take someone's order without informing them that it will take over half an hour to get a simple drink.
Starbucks in Maplewood truly sucks ! Not open when they say they are open and closed when they say they are open! Bad service folks standing around not doing their jobs and no managers to keep their staff moving while two other staff members are working like there is no tomorrow. Just close it down if you can?t keep up with the demands. I would have given a zero for service !
This is really one of the most disorganized Starbucks around this area! Always messy and bad costumer services. The Pike Place regular coffee, which is named after the Store first coffee, not available for months! It's just bad experience every time I enter this store!
This Starbucks is quite lovely. I visited to wait for friends before our dinner plans and ended up working here. The train station parking lot offers free parking, and there's also street parking available. There are plenty of tables to sit at.

The customer service was excellent! The manager was very helpful in recommending a drink, and it was delicious. This is the best Starbucks in the area, earning a 5 out of 5 stars!
This store location is a mess. Everytime I go downtown they're closed and also a sign that says they had an emergency. What kind of Starbucks closes at 3pm???!!!!!!
