I can only give this restaurant two stars because I was charged for an extra caramel drizzle, which didn’t deliver at all. The cup was lined with just a very faint amount of caramel, and there was nothing at the bottom. I left wondering if I had missed something, but there really wasn’t any caramel at all. I had to go back because I was charged 60 cents for something I didn’t actually receive, and there was no apology from the staff—they weren’t very friendly either. Additionally, the location is a bit inconvenient with heavy traffic, making it hard to get in and out.
When in need of a pick me up this is the place to go. Starbucks always hits, I switch up my order but always mindful of calories. There’s about 3 go to drinks, lately the oatmilk shaken espresso is my go to. I also do mobile order which makes it so convenient especially when you want to do a complicated order and don’t want to have to say it at the drive thru window. If the line is long I just run inside and my order is on the counter waiting for me. If you have tried their pastries and breakfast food, you must!
I want to share my thoughts about the fantastic team at this Starbucks location. As a longtime fan and frequent visitor of Starbucks, I can confidently say that this site has the best staff and management around. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! The atmosphere is always clean and peaceful. While online ordering can sometimes be unreliable, I’ve found that going in person is usually quicker since they make your drink promptly. Stay caffeinated and stay healthy, everyone!
I had a wonderful experience at this location recently and wanted to share it, as I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area and craving a Starbucks fix. The interior of the store is cozy, and I'm looking forward to enjoying it more in the future. The staff did an excellent job preparing our drinks, and we didn’t have to wait long at all.

One stars because they change their opening hours from 5:00 to 5:30. Slow traffic in that half hour? Lazy workers not wanting to get up early? Anyways you guys should go back to 5:00 a.m. opening hours
The staff brightens my day. They are always so friendly and kind and they always make my drink perfect! This is my favorite Starbucks. Thank you for all that you do Wood Dale location!

I placed my order in advance using the app, which made the process quick and easy for me. All I had to do was mention the name on the order, and I was all set to go.
The marker is incorrectly placed. While the address is accurate, it is currently situated at an old Starbucks that has been closed for years.
