Me my friend came here April 1st (Friday) at 9:57 pm, we walked in and immediately the workers had an attitude saying they can’t make us coffee. My friend literally begged them and said it’s not even 10 pm yet. They treated us poorly ignored us and told us NOOne of the baristas even looked at me and said “wow, congratulations are you 4 months pregnant??” She clearly had a bad attitude and was trying to make me feel bad.I am NOT pregnant.I have NEVER experienced something like this in my life. I went to my car devastated because she was pretty much saying I look fat?I wish I knew her name, she’s about 5’0 brown hair, short side bangs and pretty over weight.Starbucks feel free to contact me to...
There are positive aspects to this location, so I'd like to outline what I believe management should take note of.This location used to be a clean and well-maintained Starbucks when it was first opened. However, recently, there have been cleanliness issues, including flies around the counter and barista bar (which raise serious hygiene concerns) as well as the presence of dead bugs. Furthermore, the restrooms are no longer kept in a clean condition, and the level of service has noticeably declined.I hope that the management will address these concerns, and we can once again enjoy the excellent quality we used to experience at this location.
Awesome that they have a shady patio to sit with the dogs, and give them puppaccinos (pup cups), and water. Nice to be able to chill and relax after walking around.Parking: 3 level parking garage with free parking. Can be crowded on the weekends, but I've always managed to find a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: The stores are ground level, and wheelchair accessible.
It is a Starbucks. Okay, it is quite good. The design is very nice. The only negative is the abundance of people and her laptops and with zero conversation and they're general oppressive atmosphere that restricts socialization. However, this atmosphere is created by the patrons and not by Starbucks itself. Perhaps if the music were much much louder.
Always a few open spots to sit at and do work for a few hours. Their service is quick and organized, and merch collection is always well stocked. Lots of food places in the outdoor mall nearby too! Got a free reusable cup on November 16 for red cup day as well, a nice bonus!
No longer a reserve. Good luck to the business! Ordered iced matcha. They gave me milk. At least when I complained they made me another with “four scoops instead”. Never had this problem anywhere else. Good luck!!
I ordered the paradise drink and this is what I got. 75% to 80% ice out of the whole drink. This was my first time at Starbucks and I don't like the experience.
Makes the drinks right compared to the other Starbucks location (ex: York Mills). But also suffers from fruit flies near the wall
