Although the food and service was good, I was not expecting to pay $70 for our lunch. There was no kids menu and given choice of grilled cheese and fries or chicken strips and fries but no price. Plus was offered ice cream for the girls and assumed complimentary. If I had known we were being charged for that would not have ordered. May be a while before we return.
We are in town for 2 days and I found Steve’s on a “Hidden Gems of Winnipeg” list so we had to try. The food was outstanding, especially the gyro and salad. I also had a lovely chat with Dina while I waited for my order and we had a delightful conversation. I could have talked to her all night. I definitely recommend!
I was blown away at how amazing the food was for the price. The atmosphere caters to an elegant fine dining experience but with a laid back feel. The service was amazing and the owner Steve even came out to greet us, he was very kind. 100% recommend trying this out.
Always a neighborhood favourite. Loved the great service and food! Very calm atmosphere too with a cute patio if the weather is good. This is also my older father's favourite place and they are so good and patient at accommodating his needs with limiter mobility. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was amazing and Steve actually came around to ask how everything was. It's great to see an owner with such dedication. We were also impressed at the inside of the restaurant, it really has a good atmosphere!
Love Steve 's Bistro! The food is good, great service, and a lovely family friendly environment. Steve always says hello and loves for guests to enjoy their time in the restaurant. Never disappoints!
