We visited in February 2023 and had the 9 course Aroma menu. The most memorable dish for me remains the Jerusalem artichoke purée with truffles, which was simple and splendid at the same time, whereas both the fish and meat courses felt a little underwhelming (beef in particular ended up being quite chewy). That’s not to say that any of it was disappointing (well beef maybe), or that the attention to detail and thought that went into every dish wasn’t clear, but perhaps the net result was not an enduring sense of exceptionality. We enjoyed a wonderful evening in the Stucki restaurant. The welcome was very warm and we were led to our beautiful table with a view of the terrace, which invites you to linger in the summer temperatures. The service was very courteous and you felt cared for, seen and understood at all times. The sommelier knew about his products and gave us very good advice. The food was excellent as well as a sensation in terms of appearance and taste. For these many small reasons that make a meal at Stucki something special, the price-performance ratio is also good. We will be happy to come back and let you pamper us. We wish the whole team a wonderful Christmas time.

The anticipation and expectations were very high. And we were not disappointed. A perfect evening that we enjoyed very much. Thank you! Therefore the 5 stars are absolutely deserved thanks to the spectacular food and very friendly service.
